DPP #13

Joshua is eager to lose a tooth.  He is somewhat envious of his friends who have already lost a tooth and been visited by the tooth fairy.  He checks for "wiggles" every time he brushes his teeth.  I am not as eager as he is.  I see the loss of his first tooth as the moment when he won't be a baby any more....sigh.. I know it will happen soon, but until then I will try to hold on to my baby boy.

The days leading up to Christmas break are always so hectic.  This week started off with a frenzy...work, haircuts, Steven's Christmas concert, dinner, etc. It was so nice to sit after it all and relax for a few minutes.

Decorations are up and the house looks "Christmas-y"...today it also smells Christmas-y thanks to this great Holiday Potpourri.

DDP # 10

Today was filled with soccer, rain, family, food, love and laughter.  What else can one ask for?  We had to be at the soccer fields at 6:45 this morning for the first game.  It was cold, rainy and windy.  We had 4 games between Michael and Steven.  This evening we got together with my sisters, the kids and brother in law for a belated birthday dinner for Michael.  It's always wonderful Saturday.
